Part-Time Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Monaco)

About the role

Spring Health, a mental health benefit provider for employers, is looking for qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join its provider network. The work is hybrid, combining remote sessions with occasional in-person availability for members in Monaco, and uses a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform focused on patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients covered by short-term EAP plans or employer health plans, with as many sessions as medically necessary.
• Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online symptom screens; openness to children, adolescents, couples or families is preferred.
• Maintain an availability calendar and complete session documentation promptly in the scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based, client-tailored treatment modalities and collaborate with the provider support, clinical care navigation and administrative teams.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care and provide safety planning and intervention for higher-risk situations.

Required profile

• Unrestricted license to practice counseling (psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, etc.) in Monaco; no supervision required.
• Active professional liability insurance in your country of licensure.
• Previous experience treating minors aged 6 and above, and at least 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Telehealth competence and comfort with technology.
• Availability for some monthly in-person sessions in Monaco, using your own office space there.

Required skills

• Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT and CPT.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
