Private Equity Analyst / Associate – Monaco

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Analyst or Associate to join our Monaco office and support the fundraising activities of leading mid‑market private‑equity fund managers. The role combines origination, due‑diligence preparation and investor research within a fast‑paced advisory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and support origination efforts.
• Prepare and draft due‑diligence materials for fund‑raising processes.
• Conduct investor research and intelligence to support client fundraising strategies.
• Assist in client handling, project coordination and overall transaction support.

Required profile

• 1.5–3 years of full‑time experience in private equity, investment banking or a top‑tier strategy consultancy.
• Master’s degree from a recognised university or business school.
• Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure for high‑profile clients.
• Fluent English; additional Western European language is a plus.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
