Private Equity Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join our remote research team. You will contribute to high‑impact private equity workflows, delivering investment‑grade analysis that supports deal evaluation and market sizing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine financial models that inform investment decisions.
• Produce structured investment memos and analytical summaries.
• Conduct market sizing and total addressable market assessments.
• Evaluate deal materials, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and due‑diligence documentation.
• Support deal sourcing through targeted research and screening.

Required profile

• Strong grounding in private‑equity deal workflows and investment evaluation.
• Demonstrated capability in financial modeling and analytical structuring.
• Experience interpreting transaction documents and diligence materials.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear written insights.
• Consistent delivery across independent, project‑based engagements.
