Project Execution Excellence Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Execution Excellence Manager to lead operational excellence across a complex portfolio of projects in Monaco. The role combines strategic leadership, continuous improvement and transformation to boost execution performance in a large‑scale, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project team, allocate tasks based on business requirements and ensure required competencies are in place.
• Align PMO processes and tools with broader organisational functions and define activities that support strategic objectives.
• Facilitate cross‑functional knowledge sharing, lead performance improvement committees and build strong partnerships across business units.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives such as performance incident investigations, Cold Eye reviews, performance analysis and organisational learning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience managing large, complex project portfolios and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in strategy execution, digital and non‑digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to align processes and tools across multiple functions and to manage senior‑level stakeholders.
