About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter – Research Consultant to join UNITE Talent Solutions. In this role you will lead the research and sourcing of top‑tier talent for our technology clients, working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective attraction strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct extensive market and talent research to identify high‑quality candidates across the technology sector.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create tailored sourcing plans.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
• Provide detailed talent insights and mapping reports to support recruitment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters and external partners to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent research, sourcing techniques and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical abilities for market research and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
