Sales Assistant (Style Maker) – Luxury Retail

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant, also called a Style Maker, to welcome clients into the brand’s world and create personalized, luxury looks. The role blends heritage storytelling with modern retail techniques to drive customer satisfaction and store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through curated outfit selections, contributing to store sales targets.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, recommend complementary items, and execute up‑selling and cross‑selling strategies.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering tailored communications, updates, and offers via omnichannel tools.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays reflect the brand’s image.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and compliance with GDPR and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Utilise digital platforms such as the Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore and Stealth to enhance customer engagement.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and strong professional selling techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor market trends and understand the local market.
• Flexible team player adaptable to evolving business needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Golden App.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Xstore POS system.
• Familiarity with Stealth digital tools.
• Understanding of GDPR compliance procedures.
