Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for Silversea’s Turnaround, Shorex and Expedition revenue streams. You will partner with operational teams to provide visibility, control costs and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports for senior management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Turnaround, Shorex and Expedition operations, validating data with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project performance and assess strategic initiatives.
• Review monthly accruals, explain variances above $100K and ensure accurate month‑end closing.
• Track revenue drivers (volume, price, mix) and create dashboards for Hotel, Transfer, Land Programs and Shorex products.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting.
• Understanding of cruise‑industry revenue components (ticket, hotel, air, land programs, Shorex).
• Fluent English with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including AI‑enabled tools).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and large databases.
