Senior Household Manager – Private Family

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Household Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a private family residence in Monaco. This senior position oversees staff, budgets, schedules and vendor relationships, ensuring the household runs smoothly and the principals are free from routine administration.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate a team of nannies, housekeepers, chefs and other domestic staff.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules, rotations and time‑off requests.
• Control household expenditures, approve overtime and monitor vendor invoices.
• Maintain a central point of communication for all staff and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee grocery budgeting, chef coordination and ensure all household services meet high standards.
• Provide regular reports to the principals and act as the single point of accountability for household operations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing staff in a high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth private household.
• Proven ability to lead multiple domestic teams, including nannies, housekeepers and chefs.
• Strong track record of discretion, confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, authoritative demeanor.
