Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

MicroAnalytics is looking for a versatile and senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team and help support mission-critical fintech platforms and high‑availability production environments. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across a broad infrastructure landscape, solving complex technical issues and contributing to the modernization, automation and security of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the infrastructure environment managed by the team.
• Monitor production systems and proactively address reliability and performance issues.
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot complex cross‑platform issues and conduct root‑cause analyses.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, deployments, migrations and operational changes.
• Improve infrastructure stability, scalability, automation and security.
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in the production support on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Strong Linux and Windows Server administration expertise.
• Solid Amazon Web Services architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and networking (routing, firewalls, IPsec VPNs, network security).
• Advanced shell scripting capabilities and experience with automation tools such as Python, PowerShell or Terraform.
• Strong cybersecurity awareness and a security‑oriented mindset.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Comfortable supporting high‑availability, production‑critical environments and managing incidents.
• Proactive, adaptable and accountable with solid engineering judgment.
