About the role

Wolf & Raven Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced senior‑level Real Estate Broker/Director to join our dynamic team in Monaco. The role offers an entrepreneurial environment with very high income potential, focusing on exclusive off‑market properties for an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from potential buyers and sellers and guide them through the full transaction process.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements while building long‑term client relationships.
• Leverage an existing portfolio of properties and client contacts to generate new business.
• Collaborate with multi‑national, multi‑lingual teams to deliver personalized services.
• Assist clients with estimations, renovations, property management, and legal procedures.

Required profile

• Forward‑thinking, business‑oriented professional with strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to create solid business relationships in an international environment.
• Charismatic, proactive, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a self‑starter attitude capable of leading small teams.
• Deep knowledge of the Monaco real‑estate market and an established client/property portfolio.
