Senior Treasurer – International Group (Monaco)

About the role

What if your next role allowed you to combine technical treasury expertise, international exposure and close proximity to the business, while working in a privileged setting on the French Riviera? We are supporting a leading international group in the recruitment of its future Treasury Manager, based in Monaco.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the Group’s daily FX exposures.
• Driving and improving short‑, medium‑ and long‑term cash and liquidity forecasts.
• Consolidating and analysing exposures from forecasts and committed transactions.
• Handling operational follow‑up of transactions, including confirmations, settlements, documentation and hedging schedules.
• Monitoring positions and continuously optimising the hedging programme.
• Producing and analysing FX exposure reporting, hedge positions and risk indicators.
• Managing intercompany flows and funding such as intra‑group loans, settlements and cash transfers.
• Maintaining relationships with banking partners on FX and treasury matters.
• Collaborating daily with finance and operational teams to identify, validate and anticipate exposures.
• Supporting Treasury FP&A activities, budgets, forecasts and management reporting.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury experience, preferably within a structured group.
• Strong cash‑management skills and business‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent professional English.
• Ability to work with finance stakeholders as well as operational teams.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Hands‑on mindset, autonomy and curiosity to challenge the status‑quo.
