Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own and grow UNICOSMETICS’ social channels, produce on‑ground visual content in Monaco and help turn the brand into a lifestyle that people want to follow as well as buy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, building a monthly content calendar aligned with launches and events.
• Write captions and copy that reflect the brand’s elegant, natural voice.
• Manage community engagement, DMs and comments with speed and care.
• Track performance metrics, report on results and adjust strategy quickly.
• Shoot and edit short‑form video and photography, including product close‑ups, swatches and lifestyle stories.
• Create educational carousels and product‑focused assets, and maintain an organized library of visual assets.
• Coordinate collaborations with creators, influencers and external photographers or videographers.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in beauty, fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• Portfolio demonstrating content you have shot, edited and published.
• Strong proficiency with CapCut, Lightroom, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Confidence in front‑of‑camera and behind‑the‑camera work.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, Reels and analytics.
• Excellent written English; French is a strong plus.
• Organised, self‑driven and comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team.
• Based in or able to commute to Monaco with the right to work there.
