About the role

This 6‑month internship in the Kitchen department of a luxury hotel offers a dynamic environment where you will support administrative and hygiene operations. Working closely with the Kitchen Coordinator and Chef, you will gain hands‑on experience in hotel food‑service management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee schedules, track working hours, and assist with recruitment of permanent and seasonal staff.
• Process purchase orders for food, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
• Handle internal communications, event BEO documentation, and email correspondence.
• Monitor HACCP procedures, maintain traceability records, and ensure compliance across all hotel services.
• Archive documents, manage hygiene documentation, and conduct inspections in collaboration with other hotel departments.

Required profile

• Student enrolled in a Business, Hospitality or related program.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Organised, rigorous, proactive and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel management software (learning on the job).
