About the role

This six‑month internship, starting in September 2026, supports the Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE) department of a luxury hotel in Monaco. Working under a dedicated tutor, you will be involved in daily sustainability activities and gain hands‑on experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring RSE dossiers and maintaining the RSE toolbox for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and support ongoing sustainability projects such as hotel labeling, food‑waste reduction, and greenhouse‑gas emissions reduction.
• Conduct studies on actions taken by public authorities and evaluate their relevance for the hotel’s RSE strategy.
• Help organise dialogue sessions with stakeholders and contribute to the preparation of meeting logistics.
• Support the drafting and finalisation of project specifications, including ROI analysis.
• Perform operational follow‑up of projects and analyse feedback to improve future initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education with at least one year of study in the field of RSE or sustainability.
• Preferably engineering studies at Master 1 or Master 2 level.
• Comfort working with numbers and data.
• Motivation to work in a hospitality environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
