Stagiaire RSE & HSE – Projets durables et sécurité

About the role

Join Monaco Telecom as an RSE & HSE Intern and support concrete sustainability and safety initiatives within a leading telecommunications operator. You will work across multiple departments, contributing to the company’s environmental strategy, health and safety management, and transversal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in calculating and reporting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and support RSE reporting activities.
• Monitor energy‑saving plans, analyse implemented actions and propose improvements.
• Support waste transport, treatment and valorisation tracking.
• Contribute to the Data Centre Code of Conduct actions and participate in the RSE Committee.
• Update and follow up on the Document Unique (risk register) and its action plan.
• Plan and track regulatory training and certifications.
• Prepare and support the HSE Committee and implement prevention measures.
• Participate in operational support projects, including site and infrastructure evolution initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Interest in the telecom sector and corporate responsibility.
