Structural Mooring Engineer

About the role

Join a dynamic team in Monaco as a Structural Mooring Engineer, responsible for delivering reliable, cost-effective and safe mooring solutions for marine and offshore projects. You will work on the full design lifecycle, from concept development through detailed engineering, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Select appropriate methods and procedures for structural mooring design.
• Perform structural calculations and optimise designs within defined specifications.
• Plan and deliver design activities and documentation within agreed timelines.
• Maintain system interfaces and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties.
• Apply lessons learned to assess change impacts across project boundaries.
• Ensure delivery of scope of work in line with contractual and internal standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of mooring systems and their applications in marine/offshore environments.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and assessment techniques.
• Experience in creating comprehensive design documentation.
• Understanding of systems integration and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with engineering design and calculation tools.
