Technology Project Lead

About the role

As a Technology Project Lead you will support SBM Offshore’s competitive advantage by developing new technologies and concepts aligned with the company’s strategy. You will coordinate engineering activities for proposals, technology studies and (pre‑)FEED phases, ensuring cost‑effective innovations are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ideas into concepts through studies and define the scope of work to deliver optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, proposal, framing and business development teams to solve problems and align studies with business objectives.
• Review data, perform analytics and prepare presentations and recommendations in your area of expertise.
• Deliver studies in line with KPIs and report to the Technology Project Manager.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including field work on construction or operational/test sites.
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
