Wealth Management Advisor (Remote – Monaco & MENA)

About the role

LearnLux is looking for a qualified Wealth Management Advisor to provide one‑on‑one financial guidance to employees in Monaco and the MENA region. Working remotely, you will use LearnLux’s digital platform to help members navigate budgeting, retirement, equity compensation, and other personal finance topics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote consultations via video, chat, and email to advise members on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management, and estate planning.
• Apply the LearnLux Global Planning methodology, adapting it to the specific needs of the MENA market.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to continuously improve guidance content.
• Develop a deep understanding of employer benefit plans and act as a trusted extension of HR during open enrollment periods.
• Collaborate with the content team to outline, review, and approve financial lessons for the platform.
• Lead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on‑site events.

Required profile

• Relevant designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning (e.g., CFP, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of experience delivering personalized financial advice across multiple domains.
• Strong communication skills and a member‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LearnLux’s digital platform and standard video‑conferencing tools.
• Ability to interpret and explain employee benefit plans.
• Experience creating or reviewing financial education content.
