Yacht Interior Manager

About the role

AHS, a Dubai‑based ultra‑luxury real estate and investment group, is seeking an experienced Yacht Interior Manager to uphold the highest standards of onboard service and presentation. You will lead interior operations, ensuring every guest experience reflects the brand’s premium quality and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all yacht interior operations to maintain exceptional guest service standards.
• Lead, schedule, and monitor performance of interior crew.
• Manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for interior supplies and amenities.
• Ensure cabins and guest areas meet luxury presentation and cleanliness expectations.
• Coordinate guest preferences, events, and service delivery throughout each voyage.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years experience as a yacht interior manager.
• Educational background in hospitality management.
• Experience with yacht management software.
• Proven track record serving UHNW guests, including direct interaction with owners.
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping, silver service, and guest preference management.
• Valid STCW certification, ENG1 medical certificate, and food safety certification.
• Fluency in English and availability for a 6/6 rotation schedule.
