Client Advisor – Monte Carlo

About the role

Maison Valentino is seeking a Client Advisor for its boutique in Monte Carlo. The role combines luxury fashion expertise with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering the Valentino Couture Service.

Key responsibilities

• Master the client journey, from preparation and welcome to product presentation, closing and farewell, ensuring an impeccable service experience.
• Achieve CRM and sales targets by implementing personalized outreach campaigns, capturing client data, and managing client portfolios (VVICs and VICs).
• Provide styling advice, stay up‑to‑date with current fashion and seasonal trends, and curate looks across all brand categories.
• Develop deep product and fit knowledge through trainings and in‑store sessions.
• Prepare client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise and creating a welcoming environment.
• Handle sales and after‑sales activities including returns, repairs, complaints and end‑of‑season processes.
• Maintain product presentation on the floor, monitor warehouse stock, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with the visual team to uphold display standards and support day‑to‑day store operations.
