DeepTech Co-Founder & Head of Engineering – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to act as Co‑Founder and Head of Engineering for a DeepTech startup. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by our venture‑building platform while you create and scale your own company.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and architecture of the DeepTech product.
• Recruit, lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team using our talent network.
• Iterate rapidly with customers to achieve product‑market‑fit.
• Collaborate with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders on strategy, fundraising and growth.
• Drive the company towards €100M+ revenue and eventual €1B+ exit.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take full responsibility for a startup.
• Excellent English communication skills.
