Group FP&A Analyst

About the role

AKTG is looking for a motivated Global FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analytics across its worldwide business segments, including tour operations, destination management, camps, lodges and cruise businesses. The role provides end‑to‑end visibility of income‑statement performance and drives data‑based decision‑making at group level.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate monthly reporting, annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across all business segments.
• Prepare variance analysis, performance tracking and executive reporting materials.
• Standardise FP&A processes, assumptions and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Analyse revenue, margin, cost drivers and operational metrics, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital analysis and capex tracking.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, transformation projects and business‑case development.
• Improve data definitions, reporting structures and data quality across segments.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets and proactively resolve issues.
• Interest or experience in travel, hospitality or related industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Financial modelling capability.
