HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support V.'s HR agenda in Monaco, delivering proactive, customer‑focused HR services across the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes and provide expert advice to managers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Administer performance reviews, learning & development, payroll, recruitment, benefits, visas and all Monegasque‑specific HR administration.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment, including translation of CVs, documentation collection, and coordination of arrival, accommodation and medical checks for interns, graduates and employees.
• Register employees for local benefits such as complementary insurance and lunch vouchers, and maintain accurate data in PeopleConnect.
• Provide high‑quality HR advice to managers, manage disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence cases, and ensure compliance with policy and legislation.
• Maintain employment authorisations, work permits and ensure timely updates of any changes.
• Liaise with local and global HR teams to implement regulatory changes and support change management, M&A due diligence and redundancy calculations.
• Build strong relationships with line managers, respond to staff queries, and assist in audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, with solid knowledge of HR policies, employment law and employee relations.
• Proven ability to advise and support managers on complex employee‑relations matters.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
