Investment Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Investment Operations Senior Specialist to join our Private Bank and Wealth Management (PBWM) team in Monaco. Reporting to the Investment Head, you will act as a subject‑matter expert on technically focused initiatives, translating business requirements into well‑controlled solutions while supporting settlements, custody, and overall investment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day PBWM initiatives, including processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution for accounts, products and services.
• Collaborate with Technology and partner teams to design and deliver effective operational solutions.
• Manage client relations to identify needs and ensure service expectations are met.
• Work across the bank to align and integrate private banking and wealth management processes.
• Identify areas for improvement, propose changes, and drive process‑enhancement projects.
• Handle escalations, coordinate resolution across multiple teams, and maintain robust controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investment activities with strong knowledge of investment and operational processes.
• Solid project‑management background, including defining business requirements and working closely with technology teams.
• Good understanding of settlements, custody, and related operational considerations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills in both English and French.
• Hands‑on experience in escalation management and process improvement.
