Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager at SBM Offshore, you will act as the ambassador of supply chain within a designated area, translating group strategy into operational plans and overseeing execution across projects and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and implement staffing plans in partnership with discipline managers and project teams.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, and coordinate subcontracting activities to meet workload demands.
• Maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of project developments.
• Support project execution by anticipating actions and ensuring company processes are understood and applied.
• Develop and sustain relationships with regional vendors in collaboration with the Category Management team.
• Interface with Group Supply Chain and other regional centers to align local initiatives with global strategy.
• Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve supply chain tools and processes.
• Lead talent management, ensuring team competencies match current and future business priorities and delivering performance feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a complex, global environment.
• Strong budgeting, resource planning and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, providing regular performance feedback.
