Our client, an entrepreneurial real‑estate firm based in Monaco, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join a more human‑sized and flexible organisation. The role focuses on serving high‑net‑worth clients in the Principality and surrounding region, leveraging an existing personal portfolio of contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of property listings, from acquisition to sale.
• Maintain and expand relationships with an established client base.
• Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and price negotiations.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Provide personalised advice tailored to each client’s investment goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a realtor with an established clientele in Monaco or the surrounding region.
• Desire to work within a smaller, agile company offering greater flexibility.
• Strong knowledge of local property market regulations and trends.
