Maintenance Technician – Anton Monaco

About the role

This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning and painting.
• Inspect contractor work and participate in routine property inspections to identify safety or repair issues.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart where required.
• Ability to work on‑call schedule, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and perform duties in all weather conditions.
