Financial Analyst

About the role

Mercor is seeking a Remote Financial Analyst on a contract basis to support its AI research labs. You will work independently, reviewing financial data to ensure AI model outputs are accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the accuracy of financial reporting for AI model compliance.
• Analyze complex financial data to improve AI‑generated content.
• Provide structured feedback to research teams to enhance training data quality.
• Develop benchmarks for assessing AI‑generated financial analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to maintain dataset relevance.
• Work asynchronously, meeting deadlines while improving model performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance.
• Experience in financial reporting or financial analysis.
