French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN, Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will interact with customers via chat and email, providing clear, courteous assistance and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional support in both French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, written solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing proficiency in French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
