International Family Office Internship – Monaco

About the role

Max Fiduciaire, a Monaco‑based multi‑family office, is seeking a motivated intern to gain hands‑on experience in the day‑to‑day operations of an international private client service environment. This mandatory internship, lasting between three and six months, offers exposure to administrative, operational, and concierge activities that support high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks across the office.
• Support client onboarding processes, including documentation collection and verification.
• Coordinate with external partners such as banks, law firms, notaries, real‑estate agents, and public administrations.
• Help prepare corporate documentation, filings, and internal reports.
• Respond to concierge and lifestyle‑related client requests.
• Conduct market and service research to inform internal decisions.
• Draft presentations, correspondence, and other client‑facing materials.
• Participate in meetings and follow the progress of ongoing client projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university or business school program.
• Availability for a mandatory internship agreement of 3‑6 months.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and a professional, discreet attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a strong advantage.
