Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support via phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
