Sales and Product Coordinator

About the role

Van Cal Fine Jewellery is seeking a proactive Sales and Product Coordinator to manage its wholesale and retail operations. This mid‑level position will oversee the full product lifecycle, from order preparation to dispatch, while ensuring smooth communication across internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and nurture relationships with local retailers.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of website orders, from preparation to dispatch.
• Coordinate communication with third‑party suppliers, including packaging and production partners.
• Facilitate communication with brand partners.
• Synchronise activities between wholesale and retail channels for seamless operations.
• Support planning and logistics for brand events.
• Coordinate Hallmark‑related activities when required.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or product management.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Proven multitasking and prioritisation capabilities.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
