Senior Paid Media Buyer

About the role

The Senior Paid Media Buyer will join Ridge’s paid media team to design, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across top platforms. You will work closely with creative, analytics, and external partners to drive performance for a fast‑growing DTC brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaign management on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X and Applovin.
• Create, test and optimise ad copy and creative assets while ensuring compliance with platform policies.
• Analyse performance data, generate regular reports on CTR, conversion rates and ROAS, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on all ads and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the performance‑creative team to develop compelling visuals and messaging.
• Manage budget allocation, bid controls and targeting strategies to maximise ROI.
• Contribute to strategic planning, media‑plan development and the identification of new advertising opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external ad partners and agencies, sharing performance insights clearly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience buying paid media for direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
