6‑Month Internship – Digital Portfolio Coordination & Dashboard Support

About the role

Join SBM Offshore’s Operations Excellence digital portfolio team for a six‑month internship in Monaco. You will help organise project information, build clear reporting dashboards and explore an AI‑enabled reporting assistant to support decision‑making across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, structure and validate project data (budgets, forecasts, milestones, risks, KPIs) from approved sources and maintain consolidated trackers.
• Create and improve cost, planning and KPI dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Define user questions for an intelligent reporting agent, prototype the agent and ensure responses link to source data.
• Support digital initiative workshops, capture objectives, prepare requirement notes and maintain initiative logs.
• Assist with purchase‑order preparation, legal review tracking and status reporting under supervision.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, information systems, data analytics, finance, business or a related field.
• Curious, analytical and detail‑oriented; comfortable asking questions, testing ideas and collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest and basic experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or comparable Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Basic understanding of databases, data models, formulas and reporting logic.
• Familiarity with ERP or project‑management systems is useful.
