About the role
We are looking for an Academic Event Management Intern to support the organization of our upcoming conference at the International University of Monaco. This six‑month, full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in a multicultural academic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating the conference agenda, rooms and logistics.
- Communicate with speakers, participants and partners via email and phone.
- Handle participant registration, follow‑ups and maintain attendee records.
- Prepare conference programmes, materials and support content creation for social media.
- Provide on‑site support during the event, ensuring smooth participant experience.
Required profile
- Organized, reliable and able to work under deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in events and academic settings.
