Admissions Coordinator – Student Recruitment

About the role

The Admissions Coordinator will join the International University of Monaco’s Admissions team on a 10‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will drive the recruitment of prospective students across all programmes, guiding candidates through the entire admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise recruitment strategies to meet admission targets for the university’s portfolio.
• Support daily administrative tasks, including receiving, tracking, and processing applications.
• Advise and follow up with candidates via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Maintain accurate reporting and CRM data (Eudonet) throughout the admissions process.
• Participate in online and on‑site promotional activities and student fairs.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation requirements.
• Manage prospect and applicant databases, execute email campaigns, and conduct follow‑ups.
• Assist in organising recruitment events and university promotional activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales or customer‑relationship experience, preferably in an academic setting.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum (Master’s preferred) and fluency in English and French.
• Strong organisational, detail‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a multicultural environment.
