Applied AI Co‑Founder / Head of Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to own, build and run a new startup focused on Applied AI. The position combines strategic sales leadership with the opportunity to shape a company from the ground up while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy for an AI‑driven product.
• Iterate the product together with the founding team until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead the recruitment of top talent through a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders.
• Prepare the venture for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds within 12 months.

Required profile

• Based in Europe, the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
