Business Development Manager – Superyacht Industry

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the superyacht sector across the South of France and Monaco. The role focuses on building relationships with yacht captains, managers and charter brokers to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert new clients across the superyacht industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with yacht captains, managers, fleet managers and charter brokers.
• Leverage existing network to generate introductions, referrals and commercial opportunities.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Represent the company at yacht shows, industry events and networking opportunities throughout the Mediterranean.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Background in the superyacht or broader yacht industry with an established network.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, generate opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel locally and attend industry events.
• Based in, or willing to be based in, the South of France with easy access to Monaco.

What we offer

• Base salary €40,000–€45,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission with first‑year earning potential of €100,000–€150,000.
