Change Management Business Partner

About the role

As a Change Management Business Partner at SBM Offshore, you will act as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior leaders, ensuring that change initiatives deliver the intended business outcomes. You will embed best‑practice change management methods, build capability across the organization, and foster a culture ready for transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on change management principles, methodologies and tools to support successful project delivery.
• Partner with project teams to design and execute change plans, including communication, stakeholder engagement and resistance management.
• Coach and enable project teams to adopt appropriate behaviours that align with change objectives.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops and supporting materials to strengthen change management capability.
• Capture lessons learned, best practices and success stories to continuously improve the change function.
• Monitor and refine change management approaches to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience delivering change management advisory services in a complex organization.
• Strong stakeholder mapping, community management and analytical reporting abilities.
