About the role
Besins Healthcare is seeking a senior Culture & Change Manager to drive the global adoption of its Target Operating Model (TOM) and to unify the organization’s culture across multiple countries. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, turning vision into sustainable behaviors that support the company’s transformation agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a global change management strategy to embed the TOM across all functions and geographies.
- Address cultural fragmentation by shifting from a silo‑based structure to a collaborative, accountable, and unified culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling managers to lead change, manage resistance, and activate global change‑champion networks.
- Identify training gaps, design learning initiatives, and ensure teams are equipped to operate within new frameworks.
- Conduct change impact assessments, monitor adoption barriers, and track progress using KPIs and feedback loops.
Required profile
- 10–15+ years of experience leading large‑scale, multi‑country change and transformation programs.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed, multicultural environments, preferably with HR transformation or operating‑model redesign experience.
- Strong influence and facilitation skills, capable of engaging senior executive leadership.
- Fluent in English and French at a professional level.
