Deckhand & Carpenter for Superyacht

About the role

M/Y TITANIA is seeking a highly capable Deckhand with strong carpentry and joinery skills to join its established deck team. The role blends professional carpentry work with the day‑to‑day duties of the deck department on a superyacht, offering an excellent entry point for experienced carpenters into the industry.

Key responsibilities

• General carpentry and joinery work throughout the vessel.
• Repairs, maintenance and finishing of interior and exterior woodwork, including varnishing, sanding, filling and staining.
• Assist with deck maintenance, mooring and tender operations and general deck duties.

Required profile

• Professional carpentry or joinery experience, preferably in a high‑end environment such as luxury residential, marine, furniture or bespoke joinery.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to produce a high‑quality finish.
• Hard‑working, reliable, professional and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Carpentry and joinery, including varnishing, sanding, filling, staining and touch‑up work.
• Deck maintenance, mooring support and tender operation.
• Tool and workshop upkeep.
• Additional skills such as fiberglass work, painting, teak work, caulking, basic engineering, water sports or tender driving are advantageous.

What we offer

• Salary €2,750–€3,100 per month, dependent on experience, qualifications and additional skills.
• Potential tips ranging from €50,000 to €100,000 per annum.
