EdTech Co‑Founder & Head of Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to lead the engineering side of a new EdTech venture. You will be hired directly by our founding team and will own, build, and scale the startup from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision for the EdTech product.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high‑performing engineering team.
• Iterate rapidly with users to achieve product‑market‑fit.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to build go‑to‑market strategies.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe, the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
