About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to lead the engineering side of a new EdTech venture. You will be hired directly by our founding team and will own, build, and scale the startup from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute the technical vision for the EdTech product.
Recruit, lead, and mentor a high‑performing engineering team.
Iterate rapidly with users to achieve product‑market‑fit.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to build go‑to‑market strategies.
Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

Based in Europe, the Americas, or willing to relocate.
Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ revenue.
Excellent communication skills in English.
