Freelance Business Developer – Expand Market Presence

About the role

We are seeking an independent Business Developer to help AT+CAT+C broaden its footprint across Monaco, France and international markets. Working on a freelance basis, you will act as the front‑line representative of our consulting practice, opening doors to organisations that could benefit from our change‑management, strategic program direction and SAP transformation services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
• Initiate contact with potential clients and arrange introductory meetings.
• Present AT+CAT+C’s service portfolio and articulate its value proposition.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking progress through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven professional network and a track record of generating business leads.
• Strong autonomy, personal accountability and ability to work independently.
• Experience or exposure to consulting, transformation or professional services is advantageous.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
