Full‑time Sales Associate – Monaco

About the role

FRAME is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in its Monaco boutique. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and embody the brand’s modern luxury aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and build long‑term client relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members, attend product trainings, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience in a high‑end environment.
• Strong passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of current trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
• EU work authorization and fluency in English and French.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems or retail software.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and sales performance metrics.
