Global Communications Intern

About the role

Join Besins Healthcare’s Group Communication team as a Global Communications Intern and support the creation and distribution of corporate storytelling across multiple health topics. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in animating global digital platforms, including corporate and disease‑awareness campaigns for menopause, fertility, and men’s health.
• Create and publish internal content for the Group Portal, department updates, and newsletters.
• Support the design of visual assets for congresses, group meetings, and international events, ensuring brand consistency.
• Act as a liaison for global affiliates and creative agencies, managing briefs, feedback, and validation workflows.
• Track project deadlines, audit communication resources, and conduct benchmarks on healthcare and crisis‑communication best practices.

Required profile

• Final‑year or gap‑year student in Business, Communication, IEP, or a Master’s program in Corporate Communications, PR, or Marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a strong plus.
• Previous internship experience in corporate communications, PR, pharma, luxury, or an international corporate setting is preferred.
• Strong visual eye, excellent copywriting, high organizational rigor, and discretion with confidential topics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Canva for graphic creation.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
