About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Global Delivery & Partnerships Lead to expand our offshore IT staff augmentation business across the US, EU, Middle East and APAC. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, build a robust pipeline and nurture long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, identify and qualify international clients for offshore IT staff augmentation services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals).
- Conduct requirement‑gathering sessions and collaborate with internal technical teams to create estimates and proposals.
- Present company capabilities, case studies, delivery models and technology expertise.
- Track deals in a CRM, providing accurate pipeline, forecast and conversion reporting.
- Build long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Provide market feedback on demand, competition and pricing trends.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience selling offshore/outsourcing software development or IT services.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, common tech stacks and project models (Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Time & Material).
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in IT service outsourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Self‑starter capable of driving deals from zero to closure with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern lead‑generation tools.
- Existing network of international clients is highly preferred.
