IT Manager

About the role

Athos Partners, a leading private‑equity advisory firm based in Monaco, is looking for a versatile IT & Operations Expert. You will be responsible for strengthening the firm’s cybersecurity posture, managing the IT infrastructure, and supporting day‑to‑day operational needs as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the firm’s IT infrastructure across all offices.
• Develop and maintain a structured cybersecurity framework, including MFA, encryption, firewalls, monitoring, and access control.
• Provide technical guidance to staff while ensuring operational continuity.
• Set up IT equipment for monthly onboarding of new team members.
• Manage IT inventory and allocate resources to employees.
• Implement data governance and role‑based access controls.
• Drive AI, automation, and document‑automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable as the firm grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT, cybersecurity, system administration, or IT support.
• Strong foundation in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Interest in automation, scripting, or AI‑driven tools.
• Structured, independent thinker with high ownership and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary between €36,000 and €55,000, depending on experience.
