Junior Yacht Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a passionate individual to start a career in yacht sales through our structured 2‑3 year training program. The role begins in Market Intelligence, progresses to Sales, and culminates in managing a central brokerage agency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update company databases and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Develop market knowledge by researching information, contacting brokers, shipyards and partners.
• Define strategic prospecting plans and acquire advanced sales techniques.
• Manage a central agency, close deals efficiently and guide buyers through the purchasing journey.
• Promote additional C&N services and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Passion for sailboats or yachts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Business or Economics degree (Bachelor to Master level).
• Any prior sales experience in boat sales, luxury sales, private banking or wealth management is advantageous.
• Enthusiasm for sales, high commitment, willingness to learn, patience, resilience and strong teamwork orientation.
