Media Assistant Intern – Marketing & Content Support

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in marketing and business operations within an agency environment. Reporting to the managers, you will support content creation, business support and external outreach while assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media channels.
• Conduct research, generate creative ideas for campaigns and manage online community engagement.
• Track and consolidate marketing channel performance reports.
• Assist with copywriting, visual design, short‑video/reel editing and keep PowerPoint decks up to date.
• Localise content across languages as required.
• Perform desktop research on industry trends, competitors and potential clients, and summarise findings.
• Maintain client and contact databases, update website assets and support proposal preparation.
• Provide general administrative support such as file organisation, meeting scheduling and printing coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in digital marketing, content creation or influencer marketing.
• Strong written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Interest in influencer marketing and familiarity with the Chinese social media landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for visual design.
• Experience in short‑video editing and visual content production.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for deck creation and updates.
• Knowledge of major advertising tools and social media platforms.
